  • It is always better if you use non food alternatives to cope up with the stress. Stress can be demanding. Don’t fall prey to it and look for comfort in the food. Better, if you try some alternative like reading a novel, looking a photo album or watching movies.
  • Above all, avoid junk foods that are easily available in the market. They are tempting but dangerous too.
  • Eating several mini meals combined with proteins can be magical.

  • Be choosy about the night time snack. Far better option is that you don’t have anything after dinner.
