5. Get rid of stress:
Always keep yourself stress-free. Stress can effect on both your mental and physical health. Stress can make it difficult to get a good night sleep. It can also hamper to remember, learn and concentrate in any task. Meditation, exercise and prayer are excellent stress relievers.
6. Build social network:
Spending some quality time with friends or other people can also help you to boost your brain health. Engage yourself in social clubs, talking with your friends, meeting or knowing new people or in doing some part time jobs. These are only good for your brain but also work wonderful for other health issues like blood pressure and depression.
