You have to be more patient and keep restraining your desires. There are several weight loss programs and medicines available on market, but before you start one, it is advisable that you consult your physician. A complete body assessment, blood test, and some other necessary tests will tell you which medicine suits your body best. The main problems that one faces with medicinal treatment include the following:

  • Although weight loss medications can be effective to some extent, they can also be addictive. This means that as long as you are on the medication, your body weight is under control, but as soon as you discontinue it, you can experience side effects.

An effective weight loss program would be the one in which you eat healthy meals and exercise regularly. The point is that you should keep your intake of calories limited to the rate of burning them. 1. Sit down in a calm posture at a comfortable place. Then close your eyes while focusing on your breathing process.
2. Later focus on the sense of relaxation by channeling your thoughts in the positive direction. The only key to meditation is to be focused. Slowly you will gain the power of focusing, don’t feel discouraged if you don’t get it right in the fist 10 attempts.
3. Experience the air going to your nostrils and then leaving it from your mouth. Once you get into the flow you will start feeling the pace of your breathing process.
4. Don’t quit in the middle of the meditation process. If your mind starts to wonder about other thing and get diverted, simply examine those thoughts and slowly come back to the breathing process.
5. Meditate for at least 10 minutes and then open your eyes. Ask yourself do you feel relaxed? If the answer is yes then congratulations you have learned the art of meditation. If you are unable to get it right then don’t get dishearten you will understand it after few rounds of practicing.

I can tell you from my personal experience! Initially, I was bit skeptical about how meditation works. But trust me! Within a month of practicing meditation I realized the significance of meditation.


Why go smoke free, wonders many. But seldom anyone pays heed to it. Someone, may be you, need to kick this bad habit for yourself and your loved ones. We all know the dangers well, but never realize cigarettes or snuff doesn’t leave a single cell unaffected. Even the fumes of the cigarettes are not safe. It is believed that citrus juice has the capacity to stop smoking. You can also patronize smoke free restaurants or can avoid bars. One of the easy steps to remove the desire to smoke is, move out ashtrays from your workplace, car, or home. Get rid of the odor of cigarette; vacuum your carpets and upholstery properly.

Usually, to make a start with anything is very easy, but getting out of the same habit is the most painful and difficult part. See for your reasons, why you want to smoke. If you do it for pleasure or to relax yourself, then substitute it with something healthier and best. So, make a good start now and live your life to the brim.
