I had heard number of stories about how people loose weight, some say they tried Atkins diet, some went on a vigorous exercise routine, some just starved themselves. But one diet plan which got my most attention was when I noticed my friend in a great shape and asked her what did she do? All she said was she increased her water intake.

First I laughed after hearing that, and honestly I just thought that she is not willing to share her secret. But later when I searched online about it, I really found that to be true. She was so right; it really helps in reducing your extra pounds. Now I can tell you for sure, because I also tried this trick and had at least 12- 14 glasses every day.

I deliberately started drinking water every now and then; I do agree initially its something which you have to force on to yourself as you don’t feel that thirsty that you need 14 glasses in a day. In the morning I take 4 warm glasses of water and remaining all through the day. Though it gets very frustrating sometimes when you have to visit the fresh room every now and then because of the increase intake of water in your body.

You can give your child tub bath once he is ready. If he shows any resistance, revert back to sponge bath for another few weeks before trying tub bath again.

Feeding your baby

It is better to know how often you need to feed your newborn. Whether it is breast feeding or bottle feeding, it is always advisable to feed him on demand. Normally, babies cry when they are hungry. There may be also other indications such as putting fingers in their mouth, or creating sucking noise, etc. You need to feed a newborn in every 2 to 3 hours. In case you breast feed your baby, allow 10 to 15 minutes in each breast.

What I do in my personal life is simple things, like talking to my close friends, working out, changing the style of my bedroom, read inspirational biographies. Fortunately, this has always worked for me.

Her mother explained me her condition, that she is diagnosed from chronic depression for the last many months. I was so devastated, that I didn’t know how to react.I started looking back and asking myself that why I never noticed that my own best friend was going through traumatic feelings.
